Payment & Cancellation Policy

The security deposit would vary from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.20,000/- depending on villa.
In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period by the guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total booking amount.
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check-in date: 80% refund to be given to the customer to the customer
Cancellation between 45-60 days prior to the check-in date: 40% refund to be given to the customer
Cancellation within 45 days of the check-in date: No refund will be given to the customer

Loud music is prohibited in outdoor areas post 8:00 PM
No guests are allowed prior any information
Drugs & ammunitions are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas
